Troy Lehman Bio

Troy Lehman practises in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, procurement, and complex commercial transactions relating to technology. He regularly advises clients on the procurement, distribution, outsourcing and repatriation of technology and related services, often in a multi-vendor or shared-service context. He also regularly advises on venture and private equity financings and the purchase and sale of private businesses, often with a cross-border component. Prior to joining Blakes, Troy practised in-house as well as in the business law group of another leading national law firm.
