Lauren Leahy Bio

Lauren Leahy advises clients on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters, including corporate finance, private equity and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Lauren has acted on behalf of issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities and on behalf of purchasers (including private equity sponsors) and targets in share purchase transactions. She also provides ongoing advice to foreign private equity sponsors in connection with the offering of their funds into Canada and to public issuers with respect to corporate governance requirements, continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.
