Hani Migally Bio

Hani Migally is a corporate lawyer and a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity groups. He is focused on providing pragmatic and business-oriented advice to his clients and centers his practice on complex corporate and commercial arrangements, including leveraged buyouts, cross-border M&A, carve-out transactions, equity investments, commercial contracts, and joint ventures. Hani is a member of the Firm's Student Committee. Prior to joining Blakes, he practiced in the corporate group of the New York and London offices of a leading New York-based international law firm.
