Patrice Couturier Bio

Patrice Couturier, Partner, is in charge of taxation. His expertise covers corporate tax (including with respect to mergers & acquisitions, LBO and corporate restructuring) as well as taxation of individuals for which he has a recognized competency in terms of structuring transactions (family offices, management packages, etc.). Patrice has been a member of the Paris bar since 1992 and was a member of the bar of Luxembourg in 2010. Before he created BICHOT & ASSOCIÉS , he was a partner at the Paris office of Allen & Overy in charge of taxation, where he spent 10 years. He has also been a lecturer in tax law at HEC business school and at the law university in Paris.
