Charles Maguire Bio

Charles Maguire represents a broad array of clients in a full range of corporate and securities matters, including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Maguire brings a pragmatic, solution-based approach to the practice for our clients, which is essential when working on complex transactions. His overriding objective is to bring added value to client relationships. Mr. Maguire counsels companies in all aspects of their business and in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, technology, consumer products, and sports and entertainment. Mr. Maguire, a partner in Bryan Cave HRO’s Denver office, previously chaired HRO’s Corporate Department from 2000-2007 and served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
