Thomas Bøgedal Kristiansen specialises in business transfers. He advises on all aspects of the transaction process, including selection of transaction model, planning and optimisation of sales processes, investment and ownership structures, M&A insurance solutions, legal due diligence and on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. In recent years, Thomas has advised several large private equity funds as well as Danish and non-Danish businesses in connection with M&A transactions. Thomas is an external lecturer on general company law as well as business transfers and also teaches in-house courses via Bech-Bruun Academy.
