Page Davidson works closely with executives and boards of directors in connection with a variety of corporate and securities matters. In the last 30 years, Page has worked with countless companies on complex corporate transactions, such as the leveraged buyout (LBO) and subsequent initial public offering (IPO) of the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services, at the time the largest LBO in history. Page guides both public and private companies in executing their business strategies, representing numerous companies from initial formation through public offering and ultimate sale. Page has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® as the Nashville Securities/Capital Markets Law “Lawyer of the Year” (2024 and 2022) and the Nashville Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law “Lawyer of the Year” (2025 and 2021). While Page’s clients include a significant concentration of healthcare companies, he also works with companies in a number of other industries, including food and beverage, industrial, hospitality, technology and retail. Page has served in various leadership positions within the firm, including on the firm’s Executive Committee (2015-2017 and 2010-2012), as chair of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group (2003-2009) and as the firm’s hiring partner (2000-2003).
