Justin Brown Bio

Justin Brown focuses on solving complex healthcare regulatory issues, particularly those involving the federal physician self-referral law (Stark Law), Anti-Kickback Statute, and state analogs. His clients include hospitals and health systems, post-acute providers, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare technology companies, and their strategic partners and investors. Justin regularly serves as healthcare regulatory counsel for transactions, enforcement actions, and day-to-day operations, helping clients manage risk while accomplishing their business objectives. Before entering private practice, Justin was a trial attorney in the Massachusetts public defender’s office, practicing primarily in the Roxbury and Dorchester neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts.
