Keli Colby Bio

A real estate attorney with more than 30 years' experience, Keli Colby has worked on a variety of major real estate projects and transactions both as in-house and outside counsel in the Washington DC metropolitan area and nationally. Her experience with a prominent global law firm and as vice president and counsel of a publicly traded, national REIT gives her insight into the business side of real estate transactions, helping her achieve her clients’ business goals. Keli concentrates her practice on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and sales, development, joint ventures, office leasing, ground leasing, and financing. Her work encompasses a variety of asset types, including office, retail, apartment, hotel, and workforce housing.
