Henrique Beloch Bio

Henrique Beloch is a partner in BMA's Corporate and M&A area since 2011. He also leads the firm's insurance practice. He works for public and private companies, private equity funds and other investors in domestic and cross-border deals, including mergers and acquisitions, portfolio sales and joint ventures in a number of different industries, more predominantly in the insurance sector. Henrique also advises on securities regulations and general corporate and commercial law issues, assisting companies to structure or reorganize their businesses in Brazil.
