Paola Colarossi is the Italy Managing Partner and is a partner of the Corporate M&A Practice Group of Baker McKenzie Italian Offices. She leads the Corporate Reorganizations practice in Italy. Paola practices in the area of Corporate Reorganizations, Mergers & Acquisition, Venture Capital & Private Equity and Corporate Law. She assists clients in domestic and cross-border complex reorganizations both in the structuring, project management and operational implementation.
