Attorney Kim Mok-hong graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2004 and has been working as an attorney at Pacific Law Firm (Limited) since 2007. His main areas of practice are M&A, foreign investment, and private equity. Attorney Kim graduated from Seoul National University School of Law in 2002 and UC Berkeley School of Law (LL.M.) in 2013.
