Jamie Illingworth Bio

Jamie Illingworth is a partner in our projects practice. Jamie acts for private and public sector clients across a wide range of projects in the energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, including in relation to significant public sector procurements, commercial contracts, project finance, and M&A. He has particular depth of experience across all aspects of the rail sector – including in relation to the UK regulatory environment, franchising and franchise and concession issues, rail devolution, rolling stock procurement, operations and maintenance and commercial contracts, and advised the UK Government on the Williams Rail Review. Jamie also specialises in transport decarbonisation projects - including in relation to EV charging infrastructure, zero emission fleets and batteries.
