Bruce Hanton Bio

Bruce Hanton is a partner in our corporate practice. Bruce has over 35 years of experience in corporate law. During that time his primary focus has been on private capital transactions, advising private equity sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies on leveraged buy-outs, reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, incentive plans and exits. He has also advised private equity sponsors at the fund and founder level, including in relation to the sale of GP stakes, as well as other professional services limited liability partnerships. He has acted for listed companies on M&A activity, IPOs, secondary share issuances, restructurings and corporate governance.
