Peter Shaw Bio

Peter Shaw is top-tier trained with a focus on corporate/commercial advice specifically on public and private M&A transactions (nominated for M&A Advisor of the Year 2018), equity capital markets, private equity, strategic joint ventures and corporate governance. Peter is a FIRB specialist and also acts for substantial private companies, investors and family offices and for a broad range of early stage companies. He is an Alumni Council member of The University of Sydney.
