Mattias Verbeeck Bio

Mattias is a partner in Argo’s corporate department. He assists private equity funds as well as corporates across a multitude of industries (ranging from transportation to software development). His work spans a broad range of matters, including M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, shareholder conflicts and corporate advisory questions. Mattias joined Argo in 2019 from the Corporate and M&A department of Van Bael & Bellis and has previously also been seconded to the M&A team of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam. He is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Bachelor of Laws, 2011) and the University of Leuven (Master of Laws, 2013).
