Aymeric de Mol Bio

Aymeric de Mol is a partner in the Corporate/M&A team of Aramis. He mainly advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and stock exchange law. Aymeric assists his clients, French and foreign companies and investment funds, in external growth, restructuring and investment transactions. He has a strong expertise in international transactions. Aymeric has developed a specific knowledge of the mobility, commodities, media and new technologies sectors. He began his career in 2011 and previously worked at Linklaters, Cleary Gottlieb and De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés.
