Trygve Nilssen Bio

Trygve has extensive experience within private M&A, equity financing, joint ventures, commercial contracts and strategic advisory. He frequently advises on large national and cross-border transactions, representing private equity funds, family offices and large industrial players. He also has extensive experience with venture capital transactions and is advising both investors and growth companies on legal and strategic matters. According to Mergermarket, he is one of the most active M&A / VC lawyers in Norway. Trygve has a law degree from the University of Bergen. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the legal department of DNB Bank ASA, where he primarily assisted the Equity Capital Markets and Strategic Advisory departments in DNB Markets, Investment Banking Division.
