Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen Bio

Frantz is a partner in the Transactions department, and his primary areas of work are real estate and M&A transactions. Frantz co-heads Schjødt’s Pan-Scandinavian real estate practice and heads the Danish real estate team out of Copenhagen. Frantz has an unparalleled network in the Danish real estate industry and brings +20 years of real estate expertise, advising domestic and international clients on transactions, investments, joint ventures, funds, development projects, financing, asset management, etc. He covers the full cycle of the real estate market. Frantz also advises on private equity and private M&A transactions. He advises on all types of transactions in the Nordics, representing private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, industrial players, and founders. In recent years, Frantz has advised on the most high-profile Danish M&A transactions involving asset management outfits, which has allowed Frantz to build a unique insight into the Danish asset management industry. From 2000 to 2006 Frantz was an external lecturer in the subject "Mergers & Acquisitions" at the Law Faculty of University of Copenhagen. Frantz is a seasoned litigator with the right to audience before the Danish High Courts, where he was an interim judge in 2019. Frantz joined Schjødt in November 2023.
