Lasse Ødegaard founded the law firm Berngaard in 2004 together with colleague Lars Berntsen. Lasse's experience as an entrepreneur has given him experience in what it is like to start, develop and run a company. This is the best starting point for being a good business advisor. Lasse Ødegaard works mainly with general business law issues and has expertise in construction, IT and labor law. Lasse works for both small and medium-sized businesses, as well as public institutions. He has extensive experience in consulting and has litigated a large number of cases in court. He also regularly holds courses and lectures within his areas of work. Lasse has assisted a number of international and national clients with strategic advice within business law areas.
