Jarosław leads Poland Corporate and heads the Baltic Desk. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the financial institution sector. He also has extensive experience in private equity transactions. He has advised on several major M&A transactions in the Polish market, including Naspers’ sale of the Polish e-commerce giant Allegro, Santander’s acquisition of Deutsche Bank’s Polish retail operations and Saudi Aramco’s investment in the Gdańsk Refinery.
