Mia Lazic is the firm’s head of banking and finance practice. She participated in various cross-border financing transactions, both for the lenders and sponsors as well as the borrowers. Her extensive experience includes also advising both domestic and foreign clients in a wide range of insolvency and enforcement matters, as well as debt restructuring, where she is focused on providing pragmatic and efficient solutions to the clients. Mia also deals with complex merger filings, state aid issues and antitrust proceedings. Mia graduated as the best student of her class, while in 2011, she completed a Master of Law and Business at Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany, focusing especially on various aspects of banking and finance.
