Boris Savoric advises international clients on high profile corporate and project finance transactions and leads multinational corporations and private equity funds in complex mergers and acquisitions in Croatia. Boris Šavorić practice is focused on structuring the high-end corporate and commercial law projects, cross-border transactions and capital markets. Boris has been a team leader in most of the strategic and infrastructural projects in Croatia, privatizations, and PPP, has advised top-notch international clients, multinational companies and Fortune 500 companies. He also advises and represents companies in court cases, but also in privacy violations, data breaches or cyber-attacks. Boris Šavorić published several articles in legal journals, is often lecturing at legal conferences and the University of Law in Zagreb. Boris received a Certificate of Appreciation by World Bank for his work and contribution to Investing Across Borders as well as by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as an author of various sections covering Croatian legal developments.
