Frank Oelerich Bio

Frank Oelerich has over 35 years of investment banking experience working across multiple industry sectors in mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as head of Midwest M&A at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He has significant experience advising public company boards and private equity firms and has overseen transactions with an aggregate value of over $150 billion. In May 2019, Frank was elected to the board of directors of MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA), a real estate investment trust. Frank holds a B.B.A. in finance, conferred with high honors, from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was elected a George F. Baker Scholar and a Loeb Rhoades Fellow.
