Frank McElroy Bio

As Weaver’s in-house legal counsel, Frank McElroy, J.D., assists the firm with licensing, compliance, risk management, quality control and litigation. Frank has more than a decade of experience guiding and defending certified public accountants, primarily in issues related to licensing or client disputes. Frank earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from the University of Houston Law Center. He also earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in business from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. Frank is licensed to practice law before all Texas courts and agencies, multiple federal district courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
