Eduardo Vega is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Vega was a senior corporate banking professional and expert loan structuring specialist with over 25 years of secured financing, loans, equipment finance and leasing, supply chain finance, M&A transactions, Fintech, company valuation, business development, corporate development, payment solutions, and leveraged finance experience primarily in the corporate middle market arena. During this time, he has covered companies in various diverse and unique industry sectors. Mr. Vega served in various senior management positions in corporate and investment banking, agri- business financing, equipment financing and leasing for logistics, industrial and transportation equipment, electronic manufacturing services, and the diplomatic foreign government sector. Mr. Vega holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and an MBA in corporate finance and international business from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK
