As a Finance Professional, he has experience in business negotiations on M&A, has been CEO on Financial companies helping to achieve institutional status and corporate governance, has administered Investment Funds, successfully negotiated receivership of a property in Chapter 11 and established a strategic new fund structure. As vice president of finance at Grupo Mega, he pioneered the development of creative financing solutions to help fund expansion and growth for clients and negotiated and developed an international network of partner alliances.
