Alec Savchenko Bio

Alec Savchenko is a Managing Director with Three Keys Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Three Keys, Mr. Savchenko was a senior member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the Investment Banking Department of UBS in New York. Mr. Savchenko has led a wide variety of M&A transactions in metals and mining, industrials, transportation and healthcare sectors. Mr. Savchenko has extensive transaction experience in a variety of M&A situations including public and private M&A transactions, mergers of equals, divestitures, cross-border M&A, and hostile/activist situations. Mr. Savchenko has completed advisory assignments with aggregate transaction value over $95 billion. Mr. Savchenko is a graduate of Columbia Business School. A Registered Representative of M&A Securities, Inc., a member of FINRA and SiPC, Mr. Savchenko holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 securities licenses.
