Edward Jenkins Bio

Edward Jenkins is a Managing Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business. Edward is a Managing Director in our M&A team with a focus on Good Book and Accelerated M&A, which involves working with a variety of clients (both sellers and buyers) to secure successful outcomes standard M&A processes or in situations where a full traditional M&A process may not be possible. Previously Edward spent 17 years at Deloitte LLP and was a member of the Corporate Finance Advisory THL team, the leading mid-market advisory practice in the sector, covering travel, hospitality, licensed retail, gaming and leisure. Edward has worked on a wide range of transactions advising a variety of stakeholders (including lenders, corporate clients, private equity and MBO candidates) in solvent, stressed and distressed situations. Edward is FCA qualified.
