Bio

Mr. Dimitrov joined Stephens in 2014 and currently serves as a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Prior to joining Stephens, he was with Frost, PLLC, a regional CPA firm, focusing on valuation of closely-held entities and providing litigation support. He started his career with CFO Network, providing turnaround and restructuring services, as well as outsourced accounting and financial support to small and mid-sized companies. Originally from Bulgaria, he holds degrees in finance, accounting and international business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Dimitrov is a CPA, accredited in business valuation (CPA/ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
