Bio

Bernie is a business executive with deep transaction, operating and consulting experience in healthcare, technology and digital media. Prior to co-founding Sagebrook Partners in 2009, he led teams within established companies and built or advised many early stage organizations, with a range of experience in business development, M&A and strategic partnering/strategic investment. In early 2014, Bernie accepted a full-time position as Chief Business Development Officer at one of Sagebrook’s long-term clients, Oxford Performance Materials, Inc., a leader in the growing field of 3D printing/additive manufacturing with a focus in biomedical, aerospace and industrial applications. Bernie graduated the University of Pennsylvania with his B.A. (cum laude, dual degree in History and Political Science) and earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management (Finance, Marketing).
