Kristjan Kornmayer Bio

Kristjan is a seasoned M&A advisory professional with 10 years of experience providing inorganic strategy and transaction support to clients in the A&D and government contracting market. Over the course of his career, he has advised financial sponsors and strategic acquirers on 50+ transactions. Prior to joining Renaissance, Kristjan led the buy-side practice at Chertoff Group and supported Chertoff Capital's investment banking and private equity activities in the defense, intelligence, national security, and cybersecurity markets. Before Chertoff, Kristjan spent six years at Avascent, a boutique A&D consulting firm. Kristjan has an M.A. in International Relations and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Georgia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors.
