Domitille Bigot Bio

Domitille joined the firm in 2024, as a Principal in Renaissance's Paris office. She brings with her 10 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector, including extensive consulting work for A&D stakeholders, coupled with early career work in institutions (NATO, EU, French Ministry of Defense). Domitille has extensive experience in strategy development and M&A advisory services (buy/sell sides). She also focuses her work on current European defense industrial base developments and related tech investments. Domitille's work encompasses a mix of strategy work and M&A advisory, with the completion of a variety of projects across the defense and aerospace value chains for A&D industries, SMEs and investors. Her work includes market analysis, capture support, technology and growth strategy development as well as commercial due diligences for buyers and vendors. She also has specific experience in helping institutions navigating A&D industrial and technological developments, and in facilitating fruitful discussions and information exchanges amongst key stakeholders through interviews and workshops. Prior to joining Renaissance, Domitille was part of the team driving the development of Avascent in Paris, before the 2022 acquisition by Oliver Wyman, where Domitille then became a Principal of their A&D practice. Domitille holds a master's degree in International Security from the Paris School of International Affairs of Sciences Po Paris, where she also completed her B.A.
