Bio

Kristian MacCarter has over ten years of investment banking, corporate finance, and strategy experience, which includes leading various M&A transactions, debt and equity placements, and recapitalizations, as well as making strategic principal investments/ acquisitions. Kristian has focused on serving clients primarily in the technology, media, and telecom (“TMT”) and business services industries, but also brings diverse experience in the consumer retail, automotive, and materials sectors. Select past clients include Canon, One Source Networks, Spring Mobile, tado, Simply Mac, Broadcore, TactoTek, Simple Signal, Telovations, and Transcend United. Prior to re-joining Q Advisors in 2020, Kristian worked at Bryan, Garnier & Co in Munich and Paris, and Rothschild in New York City. In both instances he focused on M&A and equity placements in the TMT sector. Kristian holds an MBA with Honors from London Business School, where he was a Merit Scholar, and graduated with High Distinction from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Finance/ Accounting and a minor in Economics. He speaks fluent German and English.
