Lisa Cardoza is the Director of Operations at Provident Healthcare Partners, and has been with the firm since 2002. Lisa has spent the past decade overseeing operational efficiency and organizational development for the firm. Her duties include supervising the administrative staff, promoting employee growth and satisfaction, and communicating departmental needs with upper management. Lisa is also responsible for the accounts payable department, as well as all corporate travel and event planning. Lisa holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
