Christoph Ulrich Bio

Christoph has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions with a focus on the industrials and services sectors. He has advised mid and large cap corporate clients, financial investors and family offices across Europe and beyond on complex cross-border buy-side and sell-side mandates as well as on public takeovers. Prior to joining Proventis Partners, Christoph was co-heading the German M&A practice of Kroll (previously Duff & Phelps) and served as City Leader of Kroll’s Frankfurt office. Previously, he worked with Deutsche Bank, PwC, Lazard and Lincoln International.
