Jamie Lockhart is a managing director and member of the healthcare investment banking team at Piper Sandler. Prior to joining Piper Sandler, Lockhart worked at TripleTree, where he focused on the firm’s healthcare IT and outsourcing engagements and at Lazard Middle Market, within the industrial and consumer/retail sector. His transaction experience spans the healthcare, business services, industrial products, manufacturing, real estate services and telecommunications industries. Prior to banking, Lockhart was an attorney with Dorsey & Whitney and DLA Piper, where he focused on corporate M&A transactions. Lockhart received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and a Juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin.
