Billy O’Neil joined Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler® in 2012. Previously, O'Neil worked as an associate at Citigroup in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group where he worked on a variety of capital markets and financial advisory assignments with public and private companies across the energy sector. O'Neil also worked as a research associate in AIM Investments’ Equity Department. Billy earned his B.B.A. in finance and later his Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
