Janeen Hill Bio

Janeen is a Managing Director with over 20 years of domestic and international transaction experience in corporate law, private equity, and financial services. Before joining Oberon Securities, Janeen worked at Bank of America where she focused on financing real estate operating companies and public and private REITs. Janeen spent over 15 years advising financial sponsors, governmental entities, and institutional investors on strategic mergers, acquisitions, financings, and capital raising across real assets including commercial real estate, industrials and energy. Prior to Bank of America, Janeen held positions at MMA Realty Capital (a MuniMae Company), Alvarez and Marsal, and Mercer. Janeen earned an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University. She is also licensed to practice law in New York.
