Parag Khadgi Bio

Parag is a partner at VantagePoint, Oaklins’ member firm in India. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, business strategy, public & private equity and M&A. Parag’s last assignment was as a managing director at YES Securities Investment Banking. Before this, he held a leadership position in the corporate finance, strategy and M&A team at Reliance Industries and Godrej Industries. Parag has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad along with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computers) degree from the Shri G. S. Institute of Technology and Science in Indore.
