Igor Pogorzelski Bio

Igor is a director at Poland Corporate Finance, an Oaklins member firm. He has worked on numerous M&A projects, including sell-side mandates for private equity funds and private individuals as well as buy-side mandates for foreign and Polish companies. He has been involved in numerous transactions, most notably in the logistics, mechanical engineering, business support services and industrial goods sectors. Recent transactions include securing an investor for Suret, one of the leading Polish companies specializing in third-party outsourcing of the internal logistics function of production companies and relocation services; securing an investor for Passerotti, a value-added distributor and market leader in O-rings in Poland; and assisting in the acquisition of QFG, a leading producer of ready meals and convenience food in Poland. Igor is also responsible for coordinating collaborative projects with Oaklins’ offices around the world. Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Igor was an analyst at PGNiG, Poland’s largest oil & gas exploration and production company. He has a master’s in banking and finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
