Fred Duswald Bio

Fred is a partner at Oaklins Austria. With over 15 years spent in consulting and private equity, he is experienced in M&A, restructuring and hostile takeovers of listed companies across a number of sectors, in particular in real estate, retail and automotive. Recent clients he has advised include landmark deals in the real estate industry and most recently fintech pioneers. A former chairman of the AVCO–Austrian Venture Capital Association and former vice chairman of the AWS Investment Committee Medium Sized Funds, Fred is head of the supervisory board of Polytec Holding AG.
