Shashank leads the Consumer & Financial Services practice at o3 Capital. He has over 16 years of work experience in investment banking. He has advised Indian and global companies on M&A deals and capital raises, including cross-border transactions. Shashank holds an MBA from T A Pai Management Institute and a postgraduate degree from Lucknow University. Before joining o3 Capital, Shashank worked with Citigroup in India and Singapore.
