Bio

Jack Higgins joined Needham & Company in 2007 and is a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking Group. He has extensive experience advising private and public semiconductor, materials and industrial technology companies on equity financings and M&A advisory assignments. Previously, Jack was a senior banker at Janney Montgomery Scott for the firm’s information technology security effort. Prior to joining Janney, he spent four years with Adams Harkness, working in the semiconductor device and communications technology banking groups. Prior to working at Adams Harkness, Jack worked at Genuity (GTE Internetworking) in product management. He graduated from Colby College and received his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
