Mr. Womer has served as an investment banking professional for over 30 years with an emphasis on lower middle market M&A transactions, institutional capital formation, and alternative liquidity transactions (ESOP formation, control shareholder recapitalizations, management-led buyouts). Mr. Womer has personally managed or co-managed over 130 such transactions over the course of his career. The typical range of valuation of such transactions has been $5M to $125M. B.S.
