James Schiro is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. James has over 15 years of investment banking and finance experience, with expertise in originating and executing a range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle including M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions across multiple industry verticals. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, James was a Consultant at Inpoint, an Aon Company, and he previously worked at UBS. He holds a B.A. in English from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
