François Saint-Lo is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients across the biopharma, outsourced pharmaceutical services (e.g. CDMOs, CROs and technology-enabled services) and HCIT sectors. He has extensive experience in M&A, with expertise in executing a broad range of transactions for healthcare and technology corporations and financial sponsors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, François worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group and started his career in the Technology Investment Banking Group, both at Morgan Stanley. In 2024, François was named one of the Rising Stars of European Finance by Financial News. François holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).
