Rebecca Bryan Bio

Rebecca Bryan joined MidCap Financial in November of 2010 and is the Managing Director of it’s Loan Operations team. Ms. Bryan brings over 20 years of experience in financial operations, having worked in middle market lending, private equity and mezzanine lending, corporate banking, and investment banking. Prior to joining MidCap Financial, Ms. Bryan held various loan operations and treasury positions at Allied Capital and TD Securities. In addition to being the Loan Operations team lead, Ms. Bryan serves as the subject matter expert for MidCap Financial’s loan servicing systems, where she frequently partners with MidCap Financial and vendor technology teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency. Originally from Houston, Texas, Ms. Bryan holds BAs in both economics and sociology from Furman University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
