Kristin spent almost six years at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC working with the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance and Corporate Client Banking teams in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Seattle. Kristin primarily focused on diversified industries, serving clients with $500 million to over $2 billion in revenues. With an emphasis on capital structure solutions and debt products, including syndicated loans and high-yield bonds, Kristin helped clients raise over $10 billion in funds for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and working capital needs. She also provided relationship and product support for other banking products, including interest rate derivatives, equity and equity-linked securities, credit, treasury services, foreign exchange, and more. Kristin graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in finance and English. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses with FINRA.
