Kristen San Marco Bio

Kristen San Marco joined MarshBerry in 2020 as a Vice President. As part of MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory team, Kristen focuses on buy and sell side merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory, due diligence, financial management consulting and valuation services. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Kristen was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development and Planning Group of Eaton Corporation, a $20B+ global manufacturer. There, she executed acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures on behalf of the company and advanced corporate strategy projects. Kristen also served as a Vice President at Carleton McKenna & Company, a Cleveland-based boutique investment banking firm. Kristen began her career in the Debt Capital Markets Group of what is now PNC Bank. She currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. Kristen graduated summa cum laude from Baldwin-Wallace University with a BA in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Accounting. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School.
